What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Your name, email address, subject line and your message is captured when someone submits a contact form. Your data is retained indefinitely for customer service purposes. We do not resell your information to any parties.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How we protect your data
Our website is secured by SSL certificate and uses the best industry-standard security features including an active Firewall. All of our web administrators use two-factor authentication.
We do not accept or store any financial information on our website. We are partnered with PayPal to ensure financial transactions are handled under Paypal’s robust secure servers. We do not use outdated plugins. We limit the number of people with access to wp-admin and each employee has separate accounts.
What data breach procedures we have in place
- Change all passwords.
- Create a fresh backup.
- Identify the hack and removing their code and means of access.
- Investigate preventative measures that will prevent the hack from happening again, and taking action.
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.
What we collect and store
While you visit our site, we’ll track:
- Products you’ve viewed: we’ll use this to, for example, show you products you’ve recently viewed

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
No member of our team has access to your financial information. We do not store any financial information on our website.
What we share with others
We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
